Technical Questions
What browsers are supported?
We support all of the current major browsers, the current version and one version prior.
Am I able to load data into EHealthArchive myself?
Yes. Whether you’re a database guru who wants to load data yourself, or an excel wizard who wants to use a template, we have you covered. Load as much data as you want, and we’re of course around to help if needed.
What data formats do you support when importing into EHealthArchive
EHealthArchive can handle both discrete data and Images/Documents. The discrete is data typically provided by flat file, csv, excel, database table structure etc. The image / document formats are shown via a universal viewer, which can handle .doc, .rtf, .pdf, .jpg., .tif and more.
I found an issue, what do I do?
You can submit a support ticket or call us directly, and we’ll handle it with you.
If I host EHealthArchive, what are the system requirements?
EHealthArchive is relatively light-weight. You can get by with a Web Server with 2 Cores, IIS, and Server OS, but we recommend 4 Cores. We recommend at least 8 GB of RAM, SQL DBMS, and as much storage as you need.
Will you complete a Security Risk Assessment (SRA)?
Always. We have a pre-built SRA document we can provide which covers most information needed, but if your organization would like to supply one, we are happy to provide the details needed.
